Waste-reduction demonstration at College Eight

During Welcome Week at College Eight, students led a demonstration on waste reduction. Where does that chip bag end up—in compost, in recycling, in the trash? This is part of an introduction for the first-year students to the College Eight theme and mission, which is focused on the environment and sustainability. Other topics covered were the Principles of Community and leadership opportunities via the Student Senate.
