Housing & Dining Maintenance Requests

CruzFix allows students and staff to submit requests directly to maintenance staff. Please submit one request per problem. For residential buildings/non-academic areas, on the Request Type field, please select from the "Housing-" types when submitting your request to ensure proper routing of your issue.

By submitting a service request, you are granting staff permission to access your residential space. Please include in your request a contact number for us to reach you if needed.

Service Dogs and ESAs: Please note in your CruzFix request when there is a service/support animal on site, for safety of the animal and maintenance staff.

For maintenance emergencies that cannot wait until the next business day (ie: active flooding, water intrusion, entry doors not securing or opening, etc), please call:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm: 831-459-7043
  • After-hours/Weekends/Holidays: 831-459-4861

For life threatening emergencies, dial 911 immediately.
