Housing & Dining Maintenance Requests

CruzFix allows students and staff to submit requests directly to maintenance staff. Please submit one request per problem. For residential buildings/non-academic areas, on the Type menu, please select one of the "Housing-" types when submitting your request to ensure proper routing of your issue.

Open requests in Fixit will be transferred to CruzFix. If you had an open request in FIXIT as of May 2nd and do not see your transferred request in CruzFix, please email CruzFixHelp@ucsc.edu

For maintenance emergencies that cannot wait until the next business day (ie: active flooding, water intrusion, entry doors not securing or opening, etc), please call:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm: 831-459-7043
  • After-hours/Weekends/Holidays: 831-459-4861


If you are having trouble creating a request please email CruzFixHelp@ucsc.edu.

For life threatening emergencies, dial 911 immediately.
